Express Love

Hello crafty peeps. It's a state of war when our country is fighting back against terrorism. It's very sad we lost our real heroes in pulwama. Hope we can successfully bring peace and love in the country . Today I m sharing a small mixed media project. I have altered a small hheart made out of mdf.

First of all I gave texture to mdf base with crackle paste and mini art stones from Finnabair. I have used many things like string metal ball string to give a good background texture. Here are some more close up pics of the project.

Heart box made with love

Hello all crafty people. Hope you have spread lots of love and you have got the same as this is the month of love. There is love love and love everywhere and this is my favourite month. What about you guys??  Today I m sharing a heart shaped box which I have altered.

 I have used many many finnabair products like clear gesso, art stones opal magic wax etc. I have used handmade flowers to decorate this box. Here are more close ups.

Love triangle

Hello dearies. It's month of February and as we all feel that love is in the air. Today I am sharing  a very beautiful mixed media layout filled with lots of love.

I have used triangle shaped canvas as my base . And mudra's chipzeb ( steampunk heart, love sentiment) as my focal point. I have used different size of craft stones for giving the layers to the project. Here are some more close ups.

Mixed Media on bottle

Hello craft lovers. Here is my second entry for #Mixedmediaplace monthly challenge. Today I am sharing an altered bottle. I have altered it with Finnabair's mixed media mediums and opal magic wax. Again it's on shades of purple which has been taken from the moodMoodb.

Here is my beauty with peace.

I have used heavy body gel from Finn to stick all the resins and metal embellishments. Then I applied two layers of finnabair's heavy black gesso to give better background. And then applied opal magic wax from Finn which gives anmazia effect on black gesso. Here are some detailed pictures.

Layout with handmade roses

Hello lovely crafters. Today I m sharing a mixed Media layout with natural looking handmade flowers. I made this layout for Mixed Media Place monthly challenge.

Look at this amazing colours of the Moodboard. Inspired by colours of this Moodboard I have made this layout.

I have used shades of purple from the Moodboard. I have created the background with distress ink, white gesso and water. Have you seen these natural looking double coloured roses. They are handmade from iris papers. Here are some close-ups.

Fairyland

Hello crafty fellows. Today I m sharing a shadow box crafted with fairyland paper pack from papericious.

I have made this Fairyland for papericious monthly challenge for January month. Scrap your scraps is the topic for monthly challenge. Here is the process of making Fairyland with my most beautiful princess.

First of all I took a shadow box of my little munchkin's puzzle game.

I wanted this teak wood look only so applied clear gesso to prepare the base. Then first of all I pasted a paper from papericious wooden collection.

Then I wanted glittery look as it is Fairyland, so I applied modpodge glitter to whole shadow box as well as on all the layers of paper. Then I fussy cut all the elements from paperpack

Then I mixed little crystal clear powder from papericious with clear embossing powder and heat emboss all the beautiful elements.

I don't know weather it is visible or not.. but believe me all the glittery elements are looking super amazing.  I have used Fairyland logo of front page of the paper pack. Here are some more close-ups.
